Using of Artificial Intelligence in Compliance Investigations: Legal Aspects

The paper discusses the issues of implementation and effective use of artificial intelligence algorithms during compliance investigations, raises positive and negative aspects of implementation, and the main difficulties. Also issues of lack of qualified specialists, the financial component of implementation, legal regulation of the designated area and a number of others.
