Integrity in the Performance of Obligations at Organized Auctions

The dynamic development of the securities market, the emergence of new markets (for example, the commodity market), improvement of organized trading, continuous development of technology, abuse of rights on the part of trading participants and their clients leads to the need for appropriate changes in current legislation, timely response from law enforcement agencies, as well as the development by the competent divisions of the joint-stock company, including compliance departments, of an algorithm for identifying and preventing unfair actions in relation to the auction organizer and the central counterparty, including the preparation of relevant legal acts within the company. As part of the work carried out, it was possible to clarify the basic terms used in organized trading, analyze a number of examples related to the fair and dishonest fulfillment of obligations of trading participants and their clients in organized trading, and also propose ways to minimize damage to the central counterparty in the event of dishonest fulfillment of obligations by participants and their clients.
