Currently risk management is a proven system for ensuring project performance across various fields, with its tools enabling the development and implementation of strategies, the analysis of decisions made, and the creation of alternative ways to execute a project while maintaining the original concept. However, contemporary Russian emerging specialists in the exhibition industry underestimate the effectiveness of applying risk mechanics in the creation and management of non-commercial exhibition projects, especially when developing new technically complex artworks such as installations. This underscores the need to identify factors influencing risk management in exhibition projects.
