The final thesis analyzes the specifics of preparing a PR strategy for a temporary exhibition taking place on an external venue, in which the parties - the project team and the host institution - seek to integrate each other's interests. The work is based on the practical experience gained by the student, who played the role of a manager, in the process of creating the exhibition “The Tongue of Men”. The number of Russian institutions hosting external exhibition projects and the practice of exchange exhibition projects keeps growing, which determines the relevance of the topic. The practical significance of the work lies in the possibility of developing on its basis methodological recommendations or check-list of important aspects that art managers can take into account when working with an external PR-specialist - an employee of the host venue creating an information campaign of the exhibition. The work consists of an introduction, theoretical and project notes, conclusion, bibliographic list and seven appendices. The paper is 38 pages long.
