The master's thesis explores and analyzes the challenges that arise in the competition system of Russian amateur women's football 11x11. The author considers such actual issues as the decrease in the number of amateur women's football teams, the lack of a unified and integral system of First League competitions, the lack of a unified sports calendar for First League teams, the low level of management of women's amateur football at the level of interregional associations, the lack of an environment for the development of organizational maturity and professionalization of women's amateur teams. The main goal of the work is to create a strategy for the development of women's amateur football 11x11, which will correspond to the current implementation of the Program for the development of women's football in the Russian Federation until 2030, as well as to solve the issue of creating a unified, holistic, and highly competitive structure of women's amateur football competitions with elements of commercial attractiveness.
