Improving the Management Model Professional Volleyball Club (for Example PVC "Zenit")

This study analyzes the management structure of the volleyball club “Zenit” St. Petersburg. Including crisis situations, since the period under review was marked by the pandemic and isolation of Russian sport from international competitions. The study of Zenit's business model is of considerable practical interest, as it is now one of the richest volleyball clubs in the world and in the country. While it has not yet been able to achieve outstanding sporting results, it has had a significant impact on the industry and the transfer market.
