The Anti-Crisis Transformation of the Human Resources Management Model in the FItness Industry

This master's dissertation conducts research aimed at examining human resource management models in the fitness industry under crisis conditions. The primary objective of the study is to describe and compare the classical management model used in fitness, which is based on labor relations, with a management model that employs flexible forms of employment. Addressing the organizational and legal aspects of managing a fitness club, the study considers issues such as the effectiveness of management models from the perspectives of financial and personnel policies, organizational structure, and potential influence on the client base. A comparative analysis of various human resource management models in fitness clubs is conducted in this work. In the practical part of the dissertation, a comprehensive analysis and comparison of management models are carried out based on the strategic maps of organizations by R. Kaplan and D. Norton. The research results are supported by expert evaluation.
