Formation of a Sustainable Development Strategy for a Tennis Club

This study considers distinctive aspects of developing a strategy sustainable development of a tennis club "Bud’ Zdorov". The main task that faced the researcher is a detailed analysis of the activities of this tennis club to identify its competitive advantages and problems for development and to develop a step-by-step plan to optimize the management structure and corporate organization of the tennis club "Bud’ Zdorov". The thesis examines theoretical and methodological approaches to developing strategies for sports organizations, utilizing strategic planning and management techniques. Сomponents of the internal and external environment of the tennis club "Bud’ Zdorov" have been assessed using the following strategic analysis tools: Porter's five forces model, PESTEL-analysis, SWOT-analysis. In conclusion, the features of the strategy of sustainable development of the tennis club "Bud’ Zdorov" in the long term are formulated, including a business model and business plan, as well as a financial plan that determines the necessary investments and expected profitability.
