The graduation thesis is dedicated to the creation of a multivariant dataset for morphemic segmentation of word forms in the Russian language. This work involves creating a dataset based on the data from A.N. Tikhonov's Morphemic-Orthographic Dictionary, A.I. Kuznetsova and T.F. Efremova's Dictionary of Russian Morphemes, and I.B. Itkin's monograph "Russian Morphology." The dataset is created by training deep convolutional neural networks and a GPT model. Additionally, the dataset is enriched by creating an additional set of data, which includes the morphemic segmentation of inflected word forms of nouns, adjectives, and verbs.
