Development of the Organization's Corporate Sports System: an Integrated Management and Legal Approach

This master's thesis is devoted to the study and analysis of the impact of company sports on the loyalty and engagement of employees of the company, its HR brand and work efficiency. The study examined various aspects of corporate sports, including its organization, financing, legal regulation, as well as current development trends. MTS Bank was chosen as the organization under study. The work includes an analysis of current theoretical and practical aspects of the organization of sports activities in companies, examines the legal aspects of company sports management and suggests recommendations for effective sports management within the framework of corporate culture. As a result of the study, a strategy for the development of company sports in an organization with a staff of up to 6,000 people was proposed, which can be applied in companies with a similar staff number.
