Strategic Analysis of the Competitive Environment in E-commerce: Using the Example of Wildberries

The main purpose of this study is to conduct a strategic analysis of the competitive environment in e-commerce using the example of Wildberries. This will allow us to identify the key factors affecting the competitiveness of the company, identify its strengths and weaknesses, and offer recommendations for improving its market position. The scientific significance of the research lies in the development of the theoretical foundations of strategic analysis of the competitive environment in e-commerce. The practical significance lies in the possibility of applying the developed recommendations to improve the competitive position of Wildberries and other participants in the e-commerce market.   Wildberries was selected for the analysis due to its leading position in the e-commerce market in Russia. Wildberries is showing significant growth, has a wide range of products and is actively expanding its presence in the markets of other CIS countries. Studying Wildberries' strategies and competitive environment will provide valuable insights for developing effective business strategies.   The results of the study should provide a deep understanding of the competitive environment of Wildberries and offer specific recommendations for improving its market position. These findings will be useful not only for the company itself, but also for other e-commerce market participants who seek to strengthen their positions and adapt to rapidly changing market conditions.
