This paper examines the methodology and results of evaluating expert forecasts from the theories of rational and adaptive expectations. The purpose of this work is to study expert forecasts within the framework of these theories of expectations. The expert forecasts are the results of surveys of professional forecasters conducted in the period from 2000 to 2023.
