This qualifying work is devoted to the topic of competitiveness, and in particular, the competitiveness of the flower boutique "Flow" is considered. The relevance of this topic is caused by the fact that many companies today exist in highly competitive conditions, therefore it is necessary to analyze competitiveness, identify the strengths and weaknesses of the company in comparison with competitors, create their competitive advantages from the strengths and work out the weaknesses. The "Flow" has been on the market for more than 6 years and throughout its activities is faced with the fact that sometimes there is a problem when customers prefer to go to a nearby flower shop due to the lack of flowers they need, promotions in a nearby store. In this regard, the company faced the question of analyzing competitiveness, identifying competitors. The analysis carried out using the tools SWOT, STEP and Porter's 5 forces analyzes made it possible to identify the currently existing problem areas of the company in comparison with its closest competitors and based on it, recommendations related to promotion of "Flow", recommendations for working with suppliers were formed and, also, a block was formed recommendations related to the organizational activities of the company.
