The research aims to analyze the factors influencing the change in educational and professional trajectories of graduates from pre-professional classes in Moscow schools. The study examined data from graduates of 2020-2023, exploring the reasons and motives that led them to change their initial fields of study. The main focus was on analyzing the influence of personal preferences, family background, results of the Unified State Exam, as well as the educational environment. The research findings can be used to adjust educational programs in schools, improve the effectiveness of career counseling, and optimize the process of career guidance for students. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors influencing the change in educational trajectories of graduates from pre-professional classes in Moscow schools. The main object of study is students who have completed such classes, and the subject is the various factors influencing their decisions regarding further education and career. The research aims to determine the reasons that prompted graduates from 2020-2023 to reconsider their initial educational plans. It is assumed that the choice of educational trajectory depends on personal abilities, results of the Exam, interests and hobbies of students, the educational and family environment. Data collection methods included interviews with graduates and surveys among superintendents, which allowed for assessing changes in educational trajectories and identifying key trends. Data analysis involved transcribing responses, identifying key themes, and conducting thematic analysis.
