The Role of the Technopark of Universal Pedagogical Competencies and the Pedagogical Technopark “Kvantorium” in Increasing the Effectiveness of Career Guidance Work in General Educational Organizations with Psychological and Pedagogical Classes (on the example of Tula State Lev Tolstoy University)

Within the framework of the national project "Education" Technoparks of universal pedagogical competencies and pedagogical technoparks "Kvantorium" were opened in pedagogical universities of the Russian Federation in 2021. One of the main functions of technoparks is career guidance work in psychological and pedagogical classes. The thesis presents the experience of the Tula Lev Tolstoy State Pedagogical University in career guidance work based on the Technopark of universal pedagogical competencies and the pedagogical technopark "Kvantorium". The difficulties and problems of career guidance work and professional self-determination of schoolchildren are identified, the results of a survey of students in psychological and pedagogical classes are presented.
