The article studies the issue of teachers' satisfaction with professional development activities. Russian and international researches show the importance of understanding the teachers’ needs and views of for improving the educational process. Unlocking the potential of teaching staff is also a part of the state strategy. The state sees this as an investment in the future of education and social development. The problem lies in the insufficient attention given to gathering feedback on the level of satisfaction among educators with professional development activities. These activities could be made more effective by utilizing such feedback. The relevance of studying this issue is determined by the need to adapt professional development programs to the age of educators, as this is essential for the effective planning of activities. Studying this indicator will allow us to identify problems associated with the low effectiveness of the selected forms and formats and places of activities and will help us to work more effective and adapted ways out to organizing the professional development of teaching staff. During the analysis of the survey, the most preferred, in the teachers’ opinion, forms, formats, and venues for events. The level of satisfaction with professional development activities was assessed. The collected data indicate various levels of satisfaction with professional development activities among different age groups of teachers. It should also be noted that the significance of various forms and formats of events varies depending on the age of teachers.
