The dissertation is dedicated to the study of humor as an important element of the corporate culture of educational organizations. In the context of a highly turbulent environment in which educational institutions operate, humor is viewed as a tool that fosters a positive atmosphere and strengthens interpersonal relationships among participants in the educational process. The main objective of the work is to identify practices of humor application within the corporate culture of educational organizations and analyze its impact on the business environment. The research examines approaches to studying humor in corporate culture, develops tools for analyzing its functions, and explores formats for its use in various types of educational institutions. The work illustrates the relationships between the "status" of an educational organization and the practices of humor application, as well as the awareness of its role by leaders and staff. The research methodology includes both qualitative and quantitative methods: semi-structured interviews, content analysis, employee surveys, and anthropological observations. The results indicate that humor serves as an informal regulator of corporate culture, and its use can significantly enhance employee and student engagement in collaborative activities while improving the corporate environment. The dissertation emphasizes the relevance of this topic and its importance for the development of educational organizations in contemporary conditions.
