There are 64 comfortable rooms in the HSE professors’ guesthouse at 7 Vavilova: 52 Single and Double, 8 one-bedroom Superior rooms and 4 one-bedroom Suites. All rooms are non-smoking. Every room is equipped with a shower, free wi-fi, TV, phone, refrigerator and water kettle.
Children over 13 years old are considered adults.
Pets are not allowed.
There are water dispensers and ironing facilities on each floor. Also you may ask the maid for an additional pillow, towel, blanket or heater. On the 12th floor you may use small self-service laundry (2 frontload washers and 2 dryers), the service is available free of charge every day from 8 am till 11 pm. There is a nice cafe on the 10th floor where you can have meals (Monday-Friday from 8 am till 8 pm).
On the 1st floor, guests can use a work place equipped with PC and MFP. It is free of charge and available within 24 hours. To know more please ask the receptionist.
Free wi-fi is available on all the territory of the guesthouse.

Description
Standard single rooms are located on floors 11-14.
Every room has a balcony. The rooms are equipped with one bed (90 cm). Every room has a shower, TV, phone, free wi-fi, refrigerator and water kettle.
Standard room size is 11-12 m2.

Description
There are 8 superior rooms located on floors 11-14.
Every superior room has a balcony. There is a nice living room with a sofa and a work table. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room, children under 13 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. All superior rooms are equipped with air conditioner, TV, phone, refrigerator, microwave, water kettle and free wi-fi. Four rooms are equipped with kitchenette and kitchenware.
Superior room size is 30-32 m2.

Suite
Description
There are 4 comfortable suite rooms.
Every suite has a large balcony. There is a sofa and a work table in the living room. Suite has a double bed in a separate bedroom. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room, children under 13 years stays free of charge when using existing beds. All rooms are equipped with shower, air conditioner, free wi-fi, TV, phone, a small kitchen with stovetop, kitchenware, microwave and refrigerator.
