Research of social effects of the program "Help is near" for people with limited mobility

The key task of the project is to determine the system of social effects of the program "Help Nearby" (a free taxi service for people with disabilities and their families), as well as factors for achieving these effects. 

It is planned to identify the best practices of Russian and foreign experience in the field of transport mobility services, as well as indicators of the effectiveness and efficiency of such projects (social effects). 

At the second stage, it is planned to conduct a survey of people with limited mobility, both customers of the Help Nearby program and those who do not use the program. Based on the survey data, it is planned to determine the social effects and barriers for users of free taxi programs.
