Payment and cards
The official currency of the Russian Federation is the Russian rouble. All payments on the territory of the Russian Federation must be done in Russian roubles.
Kindly note that since March 6, 2022 cards issued by foreign banks (i.e. Visa and Mastercard) cannot work in Russia.
Therefore, we recommend that you bring cash funds.
Money exchange
We recommend taking cash funds in convertible currency (US dollars, Euros or Chinese Yuan), as you may find it difficult to exchange other currencies.
You can buy Russian roubles at a bank or currency exchange bureaus in Moscow.

Meals
The list of complementary services provided by the Organizers includes:
- breakfasts at the hotel (September 24 till September 30, 2023)
- coffee breaks, lunches and dinners at the venue (September 25 till September 29, 2023)
Local transfer
Participants are provided with free transportation service* from Moscow airports to their hotel and back, as well as shuttle transportation service from their hotel to the venue from September 24 till September 30, 2023.
*Transportation services on extra dates are not provided. Participants can order a taxi at the airport taxi desk / hotel registration desk. We recommend using taxi cabs with special taxi service insignia and official taxi apps – Yandex Taxi and Uber. The apps are available on Google Play and App Store.
Аt the airport: event personnel will meet guests holding sign with their name on it (in the common arrival hall) and accompany them to the cars.
Аt the hotel / at the venue: event personnel will meet participants at the pick-up points and accompany them to the shuttle.

Cultural programme
Participants are invited to enjoy the Moscow River Dinner Cruise on a comfortable “Pearl” riverboat. Feast on a delicious dinner down the Moscow river with yachts sailing from Kremlin to Moscow City Business Center and back. Discover the capital of Russia from a unique angle and observe all of the city’s major landmarks.
