HSE provides an excellent education

Md. Sayedur Rahman - 2-d year student of the master’s programme "Socioeconomic and Political Development of Modern Asia": “I have published 25 articles in many famous universities of different countries of the world. I think the biggest contributors behind my success are the teachers of HSE Master’s Programme in Socioeconomic and Political Development of Modern Asia.”

I am Bangladeshi. This is my second master's degree after I obtained my first master's degree in 2008 from the Department of Political Science, University of Chittagong, Bangladesh. In 2012, I joined Begum Rokeya University, Rangpur, Bangladesh as a lecturer in the teaching profession. I am currently an Assistant Professor and former Head of the Department, Department of Political Science, Begum Rokeya University, Rangpur, Bangladesh.

In 2019, I received a scholarship from the Russian government and had the privilege of studying at one of the best universities in Russia - HSE. The reason I did my master's degree in Russia was to gain my own knowledge and to be able to distribute my acquired knowledge among the students. I enrolled in the Master’s Programme in Socioeconomic and Political Development of Modern Asia, Faculty of World Economy and International Affairs. Studying at HSE has given me the opportunity to meet people from all over the world, which I think is very important for my future life. I have been able to gain knowledge about the conduct of people in different countries of the world. I am very glad to an international student at Higher School of Economics, Moscow, Russia. As a student at a Russian university, I have received discounts on museums, zoos, transportation, and other public places. The sincerity of the Russian people and the learning environment has all fascinated me.

I was admitted to one of the best universities in the world. Higher School of Economics is the best university in Moscow which is at the top position in the international rankings. I have already recommended this University to my friends, students and my colleagues. Because I think HSE University's great academic staff and level of education can change the lives of students. I was impressed by the behavior of all the teachers. My classmates have helped me in many ways. I am fascinated by the behavior of my classmates.

HSE provides an excellent education. I have had the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge about Asia after enrolling in this program. Based on that knowledge, I have published 25 international articles from many famous universities in different countries of the world. I think the biggest contributors behind my success are the teachers of HSE Master’s Programme in Socioeconomic and Political Development of Modern Asia.

As a student of Master’s Programme in Socioeconomic and Political Development of Modern Asia, I am very happy and I am proud.

I am thinking of doing PhD research on "South Asia" using the knowledge I have gained from HSE. I think HSE's master's degree will help me get my PhD scholarship.
