Order Certificate
Student Service Centre
To apply for the certificate, please contace the Student Service Centre.
You can also apply for a certificate via your study office.
In the Study Office you can apply for the following certificates
- Transcript in Russian or in English - will be ready within 3 business days;
- Certificate of attendance in Russian or in English - will be ready within 3 business days;
- Official Transcript of Records (in Russian) - will be ready within 10 business days;
- Certificate to the Pension Fund (in Russian) - will be ready within 5 business days;
- Certificate to the Ministry of the Interior / Federal Migration Service (for the foreign students) - will be ready within 5 business days;
The certificate will be signed and stamped by the Faculty. Please note that each certificate must be ordered separately.
You can also contact your study office to apply for Bank invoice (for russian students, taken out an education loan) and for certified copy of the HSE Accreditation Certificate.
Prepared documents will be available in the Study Office: in the box near the room number 315.
Other types of certificates
A certificate on the size of the scholarship can be obtained from the Accounting Department at Myasnitskaya st., 20, office. 422-K (for more information in russian please visit the webpage)
Certificate, wich confirms of the payment made under the contract for the implementation of paid educational services can be obtained in the Accounting Department at Myasnitskaya st., 20, office. 424-K, 426-K (please find the detailed instructions in russian here).
