New Call for Fall 2017 Open

The new Call for the international student mobility within university-wide agreements in Fall 2017 is open from February 6 to March 5.

You can find the list of partner universities and available spots for Fall 2017 in Program Catalogue. Before applying please carefully study the information in the sections Steps to Apply, How It Works and The Application.

IMPORTANT: If you are going to study at HSE partner university, you do not pay a tuition fee, but are still responsible for covering all other expenses (visa, insurance, accommodation, meals, travel expenses, etc.)
