People have already submitted their applications to Master’s and Bachelor’s programmes at HSE University. So far, students from 113 countries have expressed their interest in studying at HSE University. For the 2019/2020 academic year, HSE University is offering 10 Bachelor’s programmes and 31 Master’s programmes taught entirely in English. The strongest applicants will be eligible for full or partial scholarships. For Master’s programmes, applications will be evaluated on the strength of the portfolios that can be submitted online via an applicant’s personal account on HSE University’s website.

A new book by the Member of the WVSA Governing Board Pippa Norris (Harvard University, Massachusetts) and WVSA Founding President Ronald Inglehart (University of Michigan, Ann Arbor) “Cultural Backlash: Trump, Brexit, and Authoritarian Populism” is being published now by Cambridge University Press.

IOE Researcher Interns at OECD Headquarters in Paris
IOE research assistant and the student of Master's programme Comparative Social Research, Anastasia Andreeva has recently set off for Paris, France to take up an academic internship with the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). New Registration Rules Now in Place for Foreign Citizens in Russia
On July 8, amendments to Russian migration legislation regulating the registration of foreign citizens coming to the Russian Federation came into effect. They concern, in particular, HSE’s international employees and students. The most important change: you now must be registered at the place where you actually live.
