1st year: student ID photo and signing documents for the beginning of your studies

Dear first-year students!

During the first week (September 2-7), you need to submit the following documents to the study office:

• for all students: student ID photo (2 photos, you need to write your full name and EP on the back of EACH photo) - leave it in a box in the closet at the end of the hall on the 5th floor of building T. You can leave it there at any time. We will collect the photos every evening on weekdays and issue student IDs when they are ready (you will receive a special notification).
• for all students: the original of the signed consent to the processing of personal data (you attached this document in your applicant's personal account). If you have lost it, download the tempate, print it out, fill it out and sign it again.
• for all students: a filled and signed acknowledgement form for the HSE University’s Charter and Key Internal Bylaws, download the blank
• for state-funded place/quota students: the original document on previous education (usually a bachelor's degree), if you did not submit it to the admissions committee. Foreign citizens must also submit the original notarized translation of the document and, if necessary, proof of legalization. When submitting the original diploma, you must also print out and fill out a receipt in advance.
• for foreign students: you must sign the originals of the consent to participate in the competition and the consent for enrollment. These documents are already included in your personal files, you do not need to print them in advance.
• for fee-paying students: you must sign an education agreement in the study office and receive your copy.

WHERE AND WHEN:

All documents, except for the photographs, must be submitted to the office T518 (you can also come to rooms T521 and T522), the recommended time for your program is: September 4, Wednesday, from 16-00 to 18-00 and September 5, Thursday, from 15-00 to 18-00. If necessary, you can come at another time, the working hours of the study office are from 10 am to 6 pm on weekdays.

We ask you to print, fill out and sign all required documents in advance so that you do not delay yourself and other students when visiting the study office.
