Payment methods for foreign citizens

• Payment via HSE portal, if you are located in the territory of the Russian Federation or have a friend/relative who is located in the territory of the Russian Federation. You need to follow the link and follow the instructions. To make a payment, you must fill in the study agreement number. The agreement is sent to foreign applicants by HSE International Admissions. More information can be found on the website.
• Payment via the bank using HSE bank details. Most often, details of two banks are used for payment - Raiffeisenbank JSC (for settlements in rubles and in foreign currency) and BANCA Intesa JSC.
