State Accreditation
As from March 1, 2022, certificates of state accreditation of educational activities with respect to degree programmes shall hold an open-ended period of validity.
International Accreditation
In 2017 Bachelor’s programme ‘Public Administration’ and Master’s programme ‘Public Administration’ were granted international accreditation for 7 years by the European Association for Public Administration Accreditation (EAPAA). This is the first and only time that Russian programmes in public administration have received international recognition at this level, which testifies to their quality and compliance with European standards regarding content, organization, teaching methods, staff qualification, and many other criteria and requirements.

Independent Quality Assessment
In 2021, HSE University was selected by the Public Council under the Russian Ministry of Education and Science to participate in independent educational quality assessment, and was awarded the highest grades for education quality in the ranking of institutions.
