We believe that thorough and appropriate identification of the present and prospective needs of member institutions along with the effective means of their satisfaction is the most crucial element of the success of our organisation. The Toulouse Institute of Political Studies (France) Sciences Po Toulouse is a higher education and research establishment, autonomous within one of the oldest universities in Europe: The University of Toulouse, founded in 1229. Students of the master's program "Public Administration" have the opportunity to study 1-2 semesters at the Institute within the academic exchange program.
