Course Syllabus

Abstract

The discipline tells about the mechanisms for regulating responsibility for committing unlawful acts during sports events, based on the norms of sports law, the criminal law of the Russian Federation, as well as the law enforcement practice of other states.

  • The objective of this course is to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the multifaceted issues surrounding permissible violence in sports. By examining historical, ethical, legal, psychological, and sociological aspects, students will be equipped to critically assess current practices and contribute to discussions on future policies.
