Business Lawyer

This programme combines in-depth study of Russian civil law, corporate law, private international law, and international commercial arbitration with the formation of strong, practical legal skills. Graduates of the programme will have the knowledge to work effectively in legal companies, corporations, business entities, and governmental bodies.

The programme offers three tracks: Corporate Law (Track 1); Private International Law and International Commercial Arbitration (Track 2); and Private Law (Track 3).
