Visit to the Russian Arbitration Center

On 29th of November students of the Master’s Programme “Law of International Trade and Dispute Resolution” visited the Russian Arbitration Center (RAC).

On 29th of November students of the Master’s Programme “Law of International Trade and Dispute Resolution” visited the Russian Arbitration Center (RAC). 
Yulia Mullina, CEO of the RAC, and Valeria Butyrina, Deputy CEO of the RAC, met with students and told about the history of the Center, its rules and cases, as well as the advantages of the RAC as an arbitral institution. Moreover, students had a rare opportunity to learn more about the opening of the RAC office in the DIFC. 
Yulia Mullina finished the visit with a presentation of the arbitrators of the Center and explained how lawyers can become arbitrators of the RAC and conditions needed to be satisfied. 
We hope that one day our students will become not only the counsels of the parties to the dispute but also the arbitrators in the RAC!
