Online discussion with Mr. Diwakar Dixit, Counsellor at the WTO
On January 24, 2024, students of the Master’s Programme “Law of International Trade and Dispute Resolution” met Mr. Diwakar Dixit, Counsellor at the World Trade Organization (WTO).
Our students took advantage of a unique opportunity to ask questions concerning not only the work of the WTO as an organization, but also the work of the organization itself, as well as questions concerning the specifics of the negotiation process on agricultural issues.
During the online discussion, Diwakar Dixit shared his work experience as a diplomat at the Mission of India to the WTO and as a Counsellor for the WTO Secretariat, as well as the specifics of international negotiations on agricultural issues, and many other practical recommendations.
Students will be able to use this knowledge not only for academic purposes, but also for their careers.
