Marina's main area of work is litigation and arbitration, especially international disputes, including disputes involving states and state-owned companies. Marina has also acted as an arbitrator in the process of resolving such disputes for many years.

As part of the master class, she shared her experience of undergoing training in intercultural communication and negotiations. The master class was held in the format of business training and it was a very interesting and useful experience! Program students from different countries (including Brazil, Nigeria, Pakistan, Cambodia, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Russia) shared their experiences with negotiators from the countries discussed at the training - the USA, Great Britain, India and China.

We express our gratitude to Marina Akchurina for such fascinating educational event!
