Ramin Babaev is in his second year of the Master's programme in Law of International Trade, Finance and Economic Integration. He came to Moscow from Baku, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Jurisprudence at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
