Business psychologists are involved in work on the case from the "big business" company Jaguar & Land Rover!
The program "Psychology in Business" was successfully hosted by the workshop of our guest from the UK, Ekaterina Kornilovich - Regional Manager Overseas Markets - Experiential Marketing, the British multinational automotive company Jaguar & Land Rover.
The workshop of the British multinational automotive company Jaguar & Land Rover gave a real drive to further training. The company relies on the principles of accepting new challenges and moving ahead. But it is necessary to understand well how people behave and what will happen to the organization when implementing changes, in order to make the problem situation truly a precious opportunity, as well as to find adequate ways of interaction. It is business psychologists who are the experts and can help the company's management to concentrate its best qualities to turn the problem into opportunities in the conditions of adaptation to changes.
The leader of workshop - Ekaterina Kornilovich - Regional Manager Overseas Markets - Experiential Marketing, British transnational automotive company Jaguar & Land Rover (Great Britain).
Ekaterina has presented an interesting case, related to the practice of introducing a new approach to the organization of office space and the work schedule of employees within the framework of the WORKING SMARTER system. During the implementation, questions were aroused, that had not been obvious: How convenient is for people to work in the office or distantly? How to organize control and productivity of employees under a "distant work" system? How to increase the productivity of employees while reducing costs? Etc.
The students joined in the work on the questions. Work on the case will take place in several stages. At the first stage, in the workshop the results of the group work on the analysis of psychological problems that may occur during the implementation of the new model were presented. At the second stage, in-depth work will be carried out on projects to analyze the situation of implementation of changes. Final projects will be presented in the Moscow office of the company in late October.
