"The program gave me a new role of a researcher." The second day of masters’ thesises

On the 8th of June, 2016 was the second day of master's thesises at the program "Psychology in business". Revelation of the day: "the Program gave me a new role – researcher. Before entering I had a lot of roles. Mom gave me the role of daughter, husband – the role of wife. But the program gave me a stunningly interesting role of the researcher. Didn't think I could do it. But it worked out. And I'm very glad!" (Olga Tagaeva, a professional lawyer, a graduate of the program).
As in the first day the graduates demonstrated, without exception, a high level of professionalism in protecting their research. They were well versed in the material, demonstrated good self-presentation skills, easy and freely answered questions.
The content of all works are of applied nature and aimed at addressing the business challenges associated with attracting highly qualified staff  in the company, development of creativity of staff during the process of making changes, introduction of new forms of education and implementation of adaptation programs for new employees in international companies, a reduction in the level of unethical behavior in organizations, etc. In a number of works interesting models (theoretical and empirical) have been proposed, which can be a good tool in the practice of the business psychologist.
