Psychoanalytic methods of business psychologists
On the 3rd of December a master class "Business-psychology: psychoanalytic technique and methods of work with personnel in organizations" took place.
Marina Lukanina – psychologist of the highest qualification, a Board member of the Yaroslavl branch of the European Confederation of psychoanalytic psychotherapy (CPT-Russia), business trainer, supervisor, project Manager- introduces to our students the methods of the psychoanalytic work .
Students also met with the psychoanalytic approach to the analysis of the individual and the group, discussed the possible scope of its application in the activities of a business psychologist. Great attention was paid to the practical application of techniques aimed at identifying competencies and psychological characteristics of the group, forecasting the development of the organization, prediction of human behavior in extreme situations, situation of uncertainty etc.
Marina has extensive experience of assessment, organizational consulting, conducting trainings (teambuilding, motivation management, stress management, conflict management, etc.), so she used many vivid examples from practice of work with the heads of staff of business organizations.
Each participant received a packet of literature and techniques (description, stimulus material, etc.).
