Business psychological troops in the Crimea
Professors of program “Psychology in business” Natalia Antonova and Alexander Eliseenko participated in the development of a roadmap for the development of tourism in Kerch.
Project on tourism development of the city of Kerch was initiated by the Ministry of resorts and tourism of Crimea and the city Administration. The working group of the project participants included representatives of the city Administration and tourism business . Our teachers Natalya Antonova and Alexander Eliseenko was invited to develop a road map for the development of tourism. They held a strategic planning session, consultation, and group psychological support to project participants.
Our preparations for this work began in September, during the summer school, which took place in Kerch this year. We know this city, got acquainted with its wonderful people, history, culture, attractions. Therefore, when the Administration of Kerch offered our program to participate in the project on development of tourist attractiveness and tourist industry of Kerch, we gladly joined in the work.
On the 6th of December, the first round of the strategic session was dedicated to the formation of a roadmap for tourism development. It was conducted a SWOT analysis and formed the main directions of work on the road map. It was also analyzed the main elements of the Kerch’s image and developed directions of its development.
On the 8th of Dec Strategic session in Kerch was completed. Road map was developed!
Work on road map for development of tourism in Kerch lasted from the 6th to the 8th of December. The participants spent together 3 wonderful, full days. Upon completion of this work Natalya Antonova and Alexander Eliseenko held a press-conference for city leaders and the press with the presentation of the results. We can say that the first part of the project is completed. The next steps will be focused on the business and psychological support, as representatives of the authorities and the business community of Kerch, interested in consistent implementation of the plans.
