The program "Psychology in business" adopts colleagues from other universities to undergo scientific-methodical training.

Catherine Pismenjuk, post-graduate student of the faculty of psychology-South Ural state University, Chelyabinsk, shared her impressions about the internship.

"In December of 2016 It was my internship at HSE within the framework of the program "Psychology in business". Ivanova Natalya Lvovna, doctor of psychological Sciences and Director of the program, was the supervisor of the internship.

During the internship program the following activities were carried out: consultation of Ivanova Natalya Lvovna, doctor of psychological Sciences and Patosha Olga Ivanovna, candidate of psychological Sciences on the subject of scientific research; participation in practical seminar "Psychology of lobbying, Development of entrepreneurship among young people"; studied modern methods of analysis of social identity foreign researchers.

The results of the internships is fully consistent with the stated goals and objectives. In this connection, I want to express my gratitude to Ivanova Natalya Lvovna for the warm welcome and excellent organization of internships and to the competent, interesting professionals who conducted training seminars. This internship allowed me to dive into new environment regular case studies, new discoveries and care about the welfare activities of the University.

I also want to thank my own University for the opportunity, because, on the one hand, I got invaluable experience with material for further research on the other hand - I got motivation and new ideas to achieve practical results in research".
