The main "tool" of executive coach, according to Talina, is his personality. For such work it is necessary to "grow", both personally and professionally. Therefore, the coach needs to develop professionally all his life.
At the master class Talina gave extensive material as part of executive coaching theory and the practice. There were many questions and discussions.
Talina’s business customers, Michael, shared his coaching experience. He told how he came to coaching, what were his first impressions of coaching, how they transformed during coaching process, how coaching helped to solve his business problems.
