Men under the rain! Projective techniques in business psychology
Business psychologists are continuing to get acquainted with psychoanalytic methods, demanded in the work with the staff and management of organizations
Projective techniques have been successfully applied for the long time not only for clinical purposes but also in business training, business advising, etc. So it is important for business psychologists to have an idea about these methods to understand their advantages and limitations, to be able to adequately put into practice the techniques available for non-clinical applications.
First-year students Svetlana Ageeva and Irina Goncharova helped Professor N. L. to conduct the session dedicated to projective techniques. Svetlana studied projective techniques at psychological faculty of St. Petersburg University, and Irina in the Moscow Pedagogical University in the field of social pedagogy. Now they not only remembered their previous knowledge, but also learned how to apply them in the work of business-psychologist.
The specifics of the training program is to give students an opportunity to try yourself in different roles, to experience the roles of the diagnostician, consultant, and, if possible, a teacher. Not accidentally, the vast majority of our graduates successfully start their work, and students find jobs both in Russian and foreign companies.
