Development and implementation of strategies for the development of organizations in modern conditions.

On the 2nd of March, 2017 in the chamber of Commerce of Yaroslavl Region the teachers of master's program "Psychology in business" N. L. Ivanova and  S. A., Eliseenko held a training seminar "Development and implementation of strategies for organizations in modern conditions".

Director of academic program Professor, doctor of psychological sciences Natalia Lvovna Ivanova and teacher of the program, Alexander Eliseenko, presented to the heads of business, owners and top-managers of enterprises, specialists of departments of strategic planning and analysis, HR professionals the most modern methods of strategy development, the enablers of the strategy in the organization, characteristics of scenario planning and how to build an effective communication medium in organizations.

 According to the participants, the most interesting and helpful were both specific knowledge and skills received at the workshop and working methods, which enabled to comprehend in a different way to look at current problems.

"Group work helps to systematize knowledge, to take a fresh look at the tools I use often and to apply them more consciously and widely. For example, I first compared the strategic management and risk management that we use in the company, similarities are obvious, but there are new tools that you can implement and use. So that is something to think about and, of course, we will introduce scenario planning for further development" -the General Director of SSC "electronics" Nicholas Ovchenkov.

"There were a number of questions that are intuitively used in practice, but do not quite understand how it can be developed. Today we were given the tools, the methods that let us to unite different processes and representations in a certain pattern". - Production Director of NPO "Sensor" Vladimir Shishkin.
