The business psychologists at the International communication forum in Geneva

At the Forum special attention was devoted to the theme "Education in communication". Session dedicated to this topic took place on the 17^th of March on the basis of the Swiss campus of Glion institute of higher education.

Participating in the session, the students of our program, Sophia Pascal and Oleg Ilyin acted in two different roles:

Sophia Pascal moderated section “Who is the Communication Professional of the Future?”, in which she held an interactive discussion with the audience.

The result has been formulated as a list of 11 essential skills of the Communicator of the future.

In the first place in this list audience put empathy, which is especially close and clear for business psychologists.

Master-class of Oleg Ilyin dedicated to the formation of key messages when speaking to an audience was designed as facilitation and was greeted by the audience with great interest, because of its unusual format and high professionalism of the speaker.
