Congratulations to the graduates joined the ranks of the Russian business psychologists!

On the 23^rd of June 23 the presentation of diplomas to graduates of the master's program “Psychology in business” took place. Alumni and faculty gathered in the bright and spacious classrooms of the new building of the HSE on Myasnitskaya street.

Traditionally this event is held in the same warm and friendly atmosphere, which is typical for our program. Speeches were made by the academic head of the programme Professor N. L. Ivanova. She noted that the profession of psychologist, and especially a business psychologist, is very interesting and creative, because it gives the opportunity to deal with new people and non-standard tasks. At the same time, this is a very demanding profession. The words and actions of a business psychologist influence not only on psychological well-being of managers and employees of organizations, but also on the economic efficiency of the business.

The teacher of the program, D, A. Zverev, as a practitioner with extensive experience training, held a small session of memories that allowed everyone to remember the pleasant days spent at the program to share personally meaningful experiences and useful insights.

Associate Professor N. In. Antonova sent his speech in the future. As a well-known consultant and coach, she used her skills to anticipate the future, what graduated students would like to see yourself in 5 years– in 2022! Now we all have the occasion to meet this year and share ourimpressions about the really lived time.

Associate Professor O. I. Patosha, teacher, and assistant of students in solving their organizational problems during the course, wished them happiness and success in professional fulfillment. She noted that all students are big fellows who possess unique knowledge, abilities and skills, and expressed confidence that they will effectively solve different business problems. And the teachers are willing to keep in touch with them and see graduates as participants of conferences, summer schools, workshops, master-classes, which are held on the program. As noted by Olga: "We are always happy to learn about your successes and, if necessary, to provide support."

S. A., Eliseenko, stressed the meaning of a master's degree. He showed that the master is not just a new stage of education. It is something more. Master – teacher, the person who gets the right to teach. Our masters have unique knowledge and skills. It is important to carry this knowledge wherever they will benefit. In the business of the psychologist the most important thing is to apply critical thinking and DPA-approach: diagnosis, planning, action.

V. A. Shtroo, one of the founders of the program, research consultant and lecturer leading courses of the program, thanked the graduates for their good work and inspired to success in the business of psychological practice.

Graduates, in turn, said that gave them the program, how has it changed their Outlook, personality, what specific skills were acquired for 2 years. Everybody noted a special atmosphere, which, along with the excellent lessons and master classes contributed to self-development, formation of business psychologists, development of self-confidence, to obtain unique knowledge and useful experience.

A unique event of this "prom" was playing the part of the event and also a wonderful photo session in robes. Throwing caps into the air once again experienced the joy that accompanied the work in the past two years. On the program, the students received new knowledge, status, experience, and a decent circle of colleagues with whom they can make many interesting and useful projects in the future.
