Business Psychologists Networking
According to the results of the Party of the Alumni Club of the program “Psychology in Business”: in a warm, friendly atmosphere with elements of English traditions!
On January 23, on the eve of the students' day, the first Party of the Alumni Club of the master's program “Business Psychology” took place! For this momentous event, the Manor Park restaurant in Serebryanny Bor was chosen. The cozy atmosphere of the bar, the peaceful nature of the winter park, the charming lights of the night Moscow in the distance - all this gave a special charm to the meeting.
The club was created to develop the professional community of business psychologists, to create a platform for exchanging opinions in an informal setting, in a company similar in spirit and aspirations. Therefore, the Club is a place where exist the opportunity to express achievements, ideas, and professional discoveries, where the status of a business psychologist obtained at the HSE program “Psychology in Business” is maintained. Following the English traditions, we can say that the Club is an elegant incentive for its members to achieve success in their activities, to strive to develop contacts with representatives of their professional group in order to achieve relevant and promising tasks. An important role in the creation of the Club is played by the tasks of maintaining and improving the quality of the training of business psychologists. Therefore, the Club is open not only for graduates, but also for students of the program. And at the first Party of the Club there were many students of the first and second courses of the program.
At the Club Party, the President of the Club, Dmitry Golovin, a business psychologist, consultant, coach, and founder of his own business, was introduced to all those present. As well as members of the governing board of the Club, business psychologists - Irina Goncharova, Tatyana Belyaeva and Svetlana Ageeva. They prepared and held the Club Party. First presented the goals and directions of the Club. And then after a small dinner, we had an exciting business game aimed at developing group decision making skills. The game modeled real processes that take place, for example, at business meetings, meetings of the board of directors, in situations where it is necessary to collectively make important decisions in limited time. What happens at the same time, what behavior strategies each chooses, what decision is obtained as a result? These and many other questions were updated in the game. It was wonderful!
At the Party of the Alumni Club the home, chamber atmosphere and at the same time tremendous involvement in the business game and joint communication reigned. All participants, without exception, expressed their gratitude to the organizers and gladly promised to take part in each meeting!
What's next? And then there will be a lot of interesting things. As you know, a real club is like a living organism, it is constantly evolving, thanks to the fact that its members bring into it.
