Actual tools of a psychologist in consulting projects

For students and graduates of the master's program “Business Psychology” a workshop was held in which Elena Dubinenkova, director of the consulting company Center-Profi, a consultant, coach, business coach, shared with the students the modern and unique technologies that she uses in her work.

The following questions were addressed at the workshop:
• A brief overview of  professional problems to be solved for understanding the experience.
• A range of problems, tasks and challenges of modern business. Review of experience with customer solutions.
• The role, place and tasks of the consulting psychologist in business. Flexibility, business thinking, focus on solutions, result, partnership.
• Some tools aimed at finding solutions and taking responsibility. Features of creating conditions for the client to focus on solving problems and creating changes. Comprehensive tools.
