At the conference "Business psychology: theory and practice" among the speakers were the students of the master program "Psychology in business" Natalia Lee and Anastasia Brygalina.
Natalia Li has devoted the report to the problem of formation of contact with the client and making a request. In the business-psychological practice this question plays a conceptual role, so the process of establishing contact and developing relationships with the client is important in research. Natalia, on the basis of analysis of practical experience, has compiled information about the first interview with the client. She showed how it is important at this stage to articulate the question, what preliminary work must be carried out prior to the meeting, how to behave at a meeting, what questions to ask. She showed that the correct problem is the main step to its solution.
Anastasia Brygalina presented a report based on the study of psychological factors of the effectiveness of the brand. The study of consumer behavior is a priority direction in business psychology as it allows understand deeper the specifics of the influence of the most important aspects of business behavior. For example, the brand Nike - she showed how the brand was formed, highlighted the stages of this process. Special attention was paid to the brand identity as a factor of brand perception.
