This is the second major event of the Yaroslavl Industrialists, which represents the business-psychological projects, as the resource for development industry.

At the end of the event a preliminary agreement on the continuation and the development of new directions of cooperation of the chamber of Commerce of the Yaroslavl region and the program "Psychology in business" HSE had been reached.
The entrepreneurial traditions of the Yaroslavl region have deep historical roots, in many areas the continuity is preserved for centuries despite the historical and political events.
This statement was vividly illustrated with presentations about the history of the Russian merchants, particularly with the interesting story about the life and business of the Yaroslavl "dairy king" Alexander Vasilyevich Ciccin (1862 – 1949).
From business psychological point of view, it is particularly interesting that before the revolution Chichkin has developed and implemented the own original method of education, promotion and stimulation of employees. It was the split of employees for different age groups and applying to each category specific approaches and system of incentives. The aim of the method was the creation of a stable community in which people could work all his life with natural for each age group motivation to work.
In the 1920-ies Chichkin was a senior consultant of the people's Commissariat of trade of the USSR, working closely with Mikoyan. Ciccin’s experience became one of the cornerstones in the creation of the Soviet system of personnel management.
During of the conference the preliminary results of the business climate of the region in 2016 were summed up, the possible vectors and trends of further development were indicated.
So the head of expert group "Industry" I. S. Elfimov, introduced the report of the Priority directions of development of the Yaroslavl region: the "10 points of growth".
