Participate in the International day of coaching

Change Russia together with the Russian Economics Foundation

The teacher of our program Natalia Antonova, the author of the course "Coaching in business", is taking part in the project "Leadership program of the Foundation of Russian Economy", which started on the international day of coaching on the 18^th of February. As a professional coach she will conduct psychological support of young participants, who will create for 8 months a socially oriented business projects. The participants of this program (200 people) were carefully selected. Each project will change the lives of 1000 people in Russia. In this way they will be accompanied by 50 coaches.

Natalia shares her impressions: "the Project is very unusual. Guys, specially selected students from different universities of the Russian Federation who will work for 8 months for creation and implementation of their business projects, and all this time they will be accompanied by a personal coach. Each coach has several children, sessions are held in the individual mode. Fund of Russian Economy is positioned very ambitious goal of changing Russia. In any case, guys are getting an incredible boost of energy and unique experience, they will be the true leaders of the future."
