Psychological research methods on the financial market
On the 4th of March, at the discipline "Psychological methods of marketing research" master-class of Irina Lobanova about the features of psychological research methods in the financial market took place.
Irina Lobanova – graduate of master's programme "business Psychology", has been working for marketing research for over 9 years. Currently she manages the Department of marketing research and Analytics at JSC NPCs (National Payment Card System).
During the master class Irina told the students, what is the difference between marketing researches in the financial industry from all others, which tasks are often solved by experts in marketing research in financial institutions, which methods are most popular.
Very interesting were the results of research – specifics of savings and investment behavior, and application of these results for solving specific problems of companies.
During the master-classes there were the descriptions of the case studies and students practiced to solve the real financial problem of companies using various research techniques.
In addition, the participants of the master class were able to try themselves as participants and leaders of focus group discussions on financial products and services.
According to feedback from participants of the master class the knowledge and practical experience, was extremely useful.
